The Bourbon Boar is a poetic short story. Its look and feel is like that of a children’s book but it is written for adults. Between the covers, the stanzas are packed with multisyllabic rhyming, pun-filled wordplay and rich vocabulary.  The illustrations are colorful, clever, psychedelic and with close examination, reveal humoring and entertaining small details. Set in Porkland, Boaregon the story follows a young boar (and his rat companion) as he finds the meaning and consequences from a rousing bender at his favorite watering hole.
